Ron did the job on our vent 1/6/23. He did a fine and difficult job cleaning the outer half after another company extracted the 1 wk dead decomposed rat, but would not clean it to eliminate the horrible smell. He also installed a new and better modern vent cap to prevent a recurrence. He kept in touch before arriving on time. Great Job. -Ray I.
